Wine Wednesday at Aria

Aria introduces Wine Wednesday on Oct. 7, featuring a new small plates menu from executive chef Austin Goetzman, expanded wines by the glass and live music from Atlanta singer-songwriter Melissa Bret. Guests can settle into the bar, lounge or mezzanine from 5 to 8 p.m. for selections including steak tartare, hamachi crudo, oysters, a Wagyu sando, tempura broccolini “tacos” and fried black truffle chicken rillette. Aria’s sommelier team, including lead sommelier Princeton Saunders, will guide the evening’s wine selections. Reservations are available from 5 to 6:30 p.m., with Aria’s full dinner menu also offered.
