Car Break-Ins On The Rise Say South Fulton Neighbors
Neighbors in the city of South Fulton say they've been seeing more car break-ins, and one man was shot at.
ATLANTA, GA — A South Fulton man tells WSB-TV that a group of people who were breaking into cars shot at him on Tuesday when he went outside. Neighbors say the issue has been a growing problem.
As the man was just walking to his vehicle near midnight, four thieves ran toward him right before putting a gun to his back. A shot was fired.
“I was frantic because I didn’t know if he was actually shot or not,” said neighbor Chris Nelson, who shared with the station that his car window was broken by the thieves.
