Caring For Others Hosts Travel Safe, Baby Day: A Distribution of Car Seats, Diapers, Onesies and More!

All items are brand new and distributed free of charge

Atlanta-based human services agency Caring For Others, Inc. will host a distribution of items that will help young children travel safely through life. Travel Safe, Baby Day will take place at Caring For Others’ South Atlanta location and provide participating families with much-needed items including car seats for ages 0 to 10, onesies, diapers and even some toys – all items are brand new and are distributed free of charge. This year’s Travel Safe, Baby event takes place on Saturday, May 14 from 12 to 2 p.m.

“We look forward to providing young children in our community with these special items that can often be a burden for struggling families, but are essential to keeping them safe and comfortable,” said Caring For Others President & CEO Eslene Richmond-Shockley. “We don’t want families trying to make ends meet to have to choose between their child’s well-being and paying the rent on time.”

Families do not need to pre-register for Travel Safe, Baby to participate, but children must be present at the distribution, and parents or guardians must present an original birth certificate for each child.
