ATL Chick-fil-A Named 'Top' Restaurant For Customer Satisfaction

Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A has been named a top restaurant in customer service for the 6th year in a row, according to a new report.

ATLANTA, GA — According to a new report, Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A has been named a top restaurant in customer satisfaction, despite the coronavirus pandemic. This is the six consecutive year the company has ranked number one.

Chick-fil-A secured a score of 84, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report 2019-2020. Other fast food chains were included in the ranking. McDonald’s is at the bottom with a score of 70.

“Even before COVID-19, delivery was fast becoming the name of the game with consumers increasingly looking for alternative delivery options,” said David VanAmburg, Managing Director at the ACSI in a news release. “Millennials drove the ship, and the rise of third-party delivery services like Grubhub, DoorDash, Postmates, and Uber Eats offered consumers more choices and convenience. But the pandemic has since hammered the point home: Tech innovation remains a key to success for both fast food and full-service chains, and engaging with customers digitally, especially through reliable mobile apps, is critical.”
