Commissioner Arrington to Kick-Off Dads, Daughters and Dolls Drive

The drive seeks to collect new dolls and other toys for daughters of men incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail by December 16.

From Fulton County: As part of the effort to reach out to families in need this holiday season, Fulton County District 5 Commissioner Marvin S. Arrington, Jr., in partnership with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, is inviting residents to support the annual Dads, Daughters, and Dolls drive. This is an effort to collect new dolls and other toys for daughters of men incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail. In addition to the toys, daughters will receive handwritten letters from their fathers.

"I'm the father of four daughters and know the importance of showing them love,” says Commissioner Arrington. "I want other daughters to feel their fathers' love beyond bars, to know whether absent or present they are loved."

This Drive takes place from December 5, 2016 through December 16, 2016. Participants are asked contribute toys for children between the ages of 1 and 12 by dropping off donations at the following locations:
