Cruickshank Remodeling Receives Guildmaster Award

Cruickshank Remodeling, a boutique design/build company, recently received a 2020 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry. Cruickshank Remodeling has been serving the metro Atlanta community since 1980.

GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction software surveying company, presents the award annually to home builders, remodelers and contracting professionals who demonstrate the highest level of customer service within the United States and Canada.

In determining which businesses received the 2020 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who stated they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded. Award recipients must achieve a recommendation rate of 90 percent or above.
