If you want to know what hell is like, it’s sitting on a plane during a world-wide airline system crash #Delta

@Delta extreme incompetence today. Sitting on the Tarmac for 75 minutes after landing at JFK, and tons of gates available, and zero crew or solutions to get us 20 feet forward and off this damn plane. Embarrassed to be a million miler with Delta - do better!

Another @delta flight, another Delta delay for “systems issues.” Waiting at the gate for an hour now and no update for passengers. Ridiculous

The systems came back online around 9:20 pm, according to Delta:
.@Delta teams have restored all IT systems after a technology issue briefly affected some of our systems this evening. All groundstops have been lifted.
