Farrell Middleton, founder of The Bell Curve of Life, announced the introduction of Saturday sessions spotlighting his book A Performer / A Environment. Designed to meet the growing need for flexibility in professional development, the weekend workshops will feature four one-hour blocks: two dedicated to A Performer and two for A Environment. Each hour-long talk will feature 45 minutes of instruction and a 15-minute Q&A.
“Too many brilliant professionals are stuck because they don’t have easy access to the skills and training that could transform their career,” said Middleton. “My goal is to bridge that gap to make it easier for individuals to come together to network and learn life-altering skills.”
The Saturday editions of the A Performer / A Environment talks examine how workplace environments impact individual performance. Through a familiar A-B-C grading scale, the framework helps attendees identify factors that support high productivity and address obstacles that limit productivity and growth.
Program participants will walk away with tools and implementation strategies to modify their work approach and immediate environment to improve outcomes. This unique approach to professional development is aimed at a wide spectrum of learners, from small business owners searching for direction to seasoned professionals in need of a new outlook.
Starting on October 11, each Saturday session will be held at Global Media Studios twice per month. Attendance pricing is $69 per person per session, which increases to $99 on the day of the selected session.
The book edition of A Performer / A Environment was released in January 2025, with an audiobook edition following in July. The book provides the foundation for Middleton’s leadership presentations focused on advancing individuals and organizations to A-level standards.
In addition to the Saturday sessions, Middleton offers a comprehensive keynote speaking program for organizations seeking to integrate performance optimization into their professional advancement initiatives. These customizable presentations range from 30 to 90 minutes, and feature interactive discussions based on A Performer / A Environment.
A Georgia Tech honors graduate, Middleton transitioned into his second career as a corporate speaker and business mentor, driven by his passion for helping professionals grow. His presentations serve diverse audiences across multiple industries, including executives, team leaders and professionals seeking career advancement.
