FBI Seeking Unique-Looking Fugitive

Cedric Deon Cauley is wanted on charges of armed robbery for a January attack near Atlanta Technical College.

ATLANTA, GA — A man who has sported green-and-yellow hair, with tattoos all over his face and neck, is trying not to be found, according to the FBI and Atlanta Police.

Cedric Deon Cauley, 22, is accused of being the gunman in an armed robbery last month near Atlanta Technical College. On Jan. 16, at about 9:45 a.m., Cauley robbed a 20-year-old female student of the college after she left campus and stopped at a corner store at 1407 Metropolitan Pkwy. in Atlanta, according to police.

They say that as she was walking into the store, she was approached by Cauley, who was holding a black handgun and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. The robber took the student's phone and book bag and ran away.

Cauley, who, in a photograph provided by the FBI has multi-colored hair and multiple tattoos on his forehead, neck and throat, is on the Atlanta Police Department's Most Wanted list and should be considered armed and dangerous, authorities say. He is described as standing 5'9" and weighing about 180 pounds.
