Fulton Back To School Rush Underway Through Aug. 31

The College Park and North Fulton regional health centers will offer immunizations and health screenings for children.

With just a week to go before the start of the 2017 school year for some students, the Fulton County Board of Health is reminding parents they can get their child's required vaccinations and health examinations at two Fulton County regional health centers now through Aug. 31.

The vaccinations and screenings are affordably priced and are given on a first-come, first-serve basis from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the College Park Regional Health Center and the
North Fulton Regional Health Center in Alpharetta.

Families may pay for the immunizations and health examinations using cash or credit/debit cards. Georgia Medicaid and Peach Care for Kids will be accepted (Fulton County will not accept private insurance at this time). The maximum costs of immunizations is $21.93. Cost of physical exams is $56.00. Health exams are $31 and include vision, hearing, dental and nutrition screenings. Sliding scale fees are available.
