The office moved from the Aldredge Health Center to the first floor of the Fulton County Government Center.
ATLANTA, GA -- Fulton County leaders came together late last week to host a ribbon cutting celebrating the relocation of the Vital Records Office.
The new office was dedicated Friday, April 14 during the ceremony attended by officials and employees from the county as well as the Georgia Department of Public Health.
Fulton County leadership, including Commission Chairman John Eaves, County Manager Dick Anderson and Fulton Health District Director Dr. Kathleen Toomey, emphasized the updated technology and enhanced office atmosphere that "will provide a better customer service experience for the clients and an enhanced working environment for county employees," the agency said.

“Our average wait time went from 30 minutes in the old Aldredge location, and will now average 10 minutes here in the new office,” Anderson added.
