Awaiting extradition to Georgia, Bailey is accused of fraudulently obtaining about $3.2 million. Authorities did not say how the money was obtained.

When authorities arrived at the Bay County home to arrest him, they say Bailey refused to comply with commands for a peaceful surrender. Once they were able to get three juveniles and a woman out of the home, authorities said they were able to arrest Bailey.
