Georgia Power Provides $20,000 Grant To Atlanta BeltLine Project
Georgia Power donated $20,000 to the Atlanta BeltLine Project to support its efforts to "elevate Atlanta as a globally competitive city."

ATLANTA, GA — Georgia Power regional leadership recently announced a $20,000 donation to the Atlanta BeltLine project. Funding will provide stretches of parks, trails and transit across 45 neighborhoods in the city.
Georgia Power said in a news release that the company continues to support the Atlanta BeltLine’s efforts to “elevate Atlanta as a globally competitive city that is attracting new residents and businesses, while driving economic development.”
They said they are dedicated to being a “citizen wherever they serve” in communities across Georgia.

Georgia Power works closely with the Atlanta BeltLine to provide funding, volunteering and board service to assist in the creation of economically and culturally vibrant, walkable, sustainable, mixed-income communities that are connected physically, civically and socially, while leading to a high quality of life for Atlanta’s residents.
