Grant Park Summer Shade Festival Music Lineup 2018 Announced
The free festival, benefiting the Grant Park Conservancy, is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 25-26.

ATLANTA, GA — Organizers have announced the music lineup for the 2018 Grant Park Summer Shade Festival. The festival, sponsored by the Grant Park Conservancy, is scheduled for Aug. 25-26 in Grant Park.
Now in its 16th year, the festival has earned a reputation as a place to see some of the hottest up-and-coming independent musical acts, as well as local bands and other regional favorites. This year's lineup will include Blair Crimmins, the Rock*A*Teens, Roxie Watson, Magnapop, Front Porch Session Players, Marshal Ruffin and a comedy performance from The Flying Squid Spectacular.
Benefiting the conservancy, the festival is open to all ages and free to attend.

In addition to the musical lineup, the 2018 Grant Park Summer Shade Festival will feature an artist market, a kids zone, a 5K run, a selection of local food trucks and more. Tickets also are available for a VIP lounge that will let visitors relax in a private tent while enjoying food and beverages from local venues.

VIP guests also will get access to private, air-conditioned restrooms, misting stations and lounge seating.
Both single-day and weekend VIP tickets are available now at the Summer Shade Festival website.
