'Hamilton' Dates Postponed In Atlanta, 'Miss Saigon' Canceled

The Fox Theatre and Broadway in Atlanta announced Tuesday that the Hamilton tour in Atlanta has been postponed due to the coronavirus.

ATLANTA, GA — The popular broadway musical, “Hamilton,” was scheduled for Atlanta next month, but due to the coronavirus, the show has been postponed. The Fox Theatre and Broadway in Atlanta announced Tuesday night that they’re looking for other tour dates.

The decision was made after Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued a stay-at-home order earlier this week.

Hamilton was initially scheduled to play at the Fox Theatre on March 31 to May 3. Fox and Broadway Atlanta said current ticket holders can expect an update by Friday.

One show is canceled. “Miss Saigon,” previously scheduled for March 17-22, will no longer come to Atlanta.

Ticket holders will receive an email about refunds for the show, according to the theater.
