Horses Found in Deplorable Condition; Man Arrested on Animal Cruelty
The animals were found on a south Fulton County farm.

Atlanta, GA -- A man has been arrested after police found four dead horses and others in poor condition on a south Fulton County farm.
Authorities were notified of several horses roaming the farm off Camp Creek Parkway and Butner Road, WSB reports.
Eight horses were found malnourished, and four others were found dead and badly decomposed.

"One was partially burned, like they tried to get rid of it. One was tethered to a tree down back in the wood line," said an official with Fulton County Animal Control.
Brandon George Fulton, 35. was arrested and taken into custody. Fulton has been arrested before for allegedly abusing the horses on his farm. He is facing several charges of cruelty to animals.
