InsuranceHub Announces Acquisition of Insley Insurance

Lawrenceville, Ga, January 23, 2018 (Press Release) – Kristina Insley and Yvonne Sliger launched their Dacula-based insurance agency in 2014 with the belief that their team would be the company’s greatest strength, as well as its competitive advantage. Over the course of nearly four years, Insley, Sliger and their staff at Insley Insurance built quite a reputation among business owners and professionals who were seeking a singular source to aid them in building a comprehensive plan to manage risk in their business in addition to personal property portfolios. That reputation caught the attention of Jim Lloyd, founder of InsuranceHub – a technology-driven insurance agency that boasts more than 15,000 clients nationwide. With an eye on expansion and a kindred spirit for delivering a stellar customer experience, Lloyd approached Insley and Sliger about making their team part of the InsuranceHub family. The acquisition became official in January 2018 as InsuranceHub proudly added five new members to its rapidly expanding office, located at 1720 Lakes Parkway in Lawrenceville.

Kristina Insley joins the InsuranceHub team as its new Associate Vice President and Yvonne Sliger will now serve as Senior Account Manager. The two bring with them three members of the Insley Insurance staff: Alicia Brown and Robyn Roberts who assume the role of Account Executives and Ashley Hemphill who is InsuranceHub’s newest Customer Service Representative.
