Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville May Be Coming to Centennial Park
A new restaurant could be open as soon as next summer in downtown.

Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Holdings is planning to open a new restaurant around Centennial Park, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
The company has been working with the owners of SkyView Atlanta, the giant ferris wheel along Spring Street, to bring Buffett's hugely popular themed restaurant to the area, reports the Malaysia Sun.

Margaritaville Holdings is a growing hotel business that includes the new Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. The company is is overseen by CEO John Cohlan, who runs the operation along with Buffett himself.
New development director Andrew Steel, according to Real Deal, was brought on board in June after facilitating more than $1.7 billion of transactions during his 10 years of experience in real estate and development.
