ATLANTA, GA — A Nov. 6 basketball tournament at Morehouse College's Forbes Arena, that involved Ye's Donda Doves and the Skill Factory, has been canceled, the college announced Monday.

Morehouse cited Ye's "divisive and unproductive statements" as the reason for the cancellation.

"Throughout its history, Morehouse College, perhaps more than any other institution, has stood for social discourse which advances equity and healing, particularly in areas involving race, cultural and soci-economic disparities," college officials said in a statement, adding Ye's comments cannot be condoned.
