WILLIAMSPORT, PA — Georgia will take on Hawaii on Friday evening in the first round of the Little League World Series. The Peachtree City American Little Leaguers are scheduled to play the boys from Honolulu at 8 p.m. EST at the famous Howard J. Lamade Stadium in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
The game will air on ESPN. You can watch a livestream of the game on WatchESPN (you'll need a subscription) or follow along in real time on Gamechanger. The winner will advance to the second round of the winner's bracket and play the winner between Michigan and Idaho on Sunday. The losers of both games will square off against each other in an elimination game Saturday in the loser's bracket.
The boys from Peachtree City went undefeated (4-0) in the Southeast regional tournament, capping off the tournament with a 3-0 win last week against Virginia. The offense, which still has yet to really get hot, has been led by Jansen Kenty and Tai Peete. Kenty collected two hits in the regional tournament — one of which was a home run — and knocked in four RBIs. He also scored two runs. Peete slugged three hits in the regionals — including a home run — and also knocked in four RBIs. He scored three runs.

He enters the World Series with a flawless 0.00 ERA. Peete on the other hand pitched seven innings and gave up three runs — just one earned — on three hits. He struck out 10 batters.
Honolulu breezed through the West regional tournament and capped it off with an 11-2 drubbing over Northern California in the championship.
