Mayor Issues Executive Order To Implement A Process For Boards, Commissions, To Meet Virtually
The remote sessions must be conducted in accordance with Georgia's open meetings law.

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued an Executive Order for the implementation of a process by which City of Atlanta Boards, Authorities, Commissions, Committees, or other similar bodies (BACE) subject to Section 3-401 of the City’s Charter, may begin remote meetings in accordance with the Georgia Open Meetings Act and other legal requirements.
