More Tenants Signing On To Madison Yards In Reynoldstown
Hoots, Steel City Pops, Taqueria Tsunami and Marlow's Tavern are coming to the intown neighborhood.

ATLANTA -- Hoots, Steel City Pops, Taqueria Tsunami and Marlow's Tavern have all announced new locations in Madison Yards in Reynoldstown, an intown Atlanta community that is home to a fast-growing millennial demographic.
the mixed-use project is located at 905 Memorial Drive along the two-mile stretch east of the downtown connector. Besides Reynoldstown, the 17-acre redevelopment of the Leggett & Platt site is bordered by Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward and Grant Park. The project sits on the future extension of the Atlanta Beltline's Eastside Trail.
More than 150,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space will be anchored by a grocery store, a theater, a health club, loft office space, 329 conventional units, 168 senior units, and 21 townhomes. Retail space along the Beltline will feature two-sided glass storefronts. Parking will be provided in multiple on site parking decks. Fuqua Development estimates the average household income within three miles of the development is more than $74,000.

As reported by Tomorrow's News Today, Hoots is a quick-serve version of Hooters, and is set to open later this summer. Also signing on is Taqueria Tsunami, a Marietta-based chain from Fork U Concepts; Marlow's Tavern; Steel City Pops; Curry Up Now; Salata; First Watchalso; and Publix, which will anchor the project, along with AMC Theatres.
