A recent trend in weddings is having a signature drink that’s coined the cocktail of the evening in honor of the marriage. While some may think this is cheesy, Atlanta locals embrace the extravagance being the second top city most likely to have a signature drink at their wedding. And when it comes to what goes into the drink, it’s vodka all the way for us Georgians.
But who says we should wait until the reception to get the party rolling? Cocktail hour isn’t a required event for weddings, but it’s a great way to buy some extra time to set up reception after you’ve said your “I do’s”.
