Following the rapid growth and success of Prim Properties, Parkland Communities announces the launch of Prim Realty, a fully licensed real estate brokerage that will oversee sales and marketing for the company's portfolio of for-sale communities across metro Atlanta.

The launch follows Managing Partner Brett Forney's successful completion of her Georgia broker's license and represents the next phase of growth for the Prim brand. Originally established to provide specialized property management and leasing services for build-to-rent communities, Prim Properties has quickly become a key component of Parkland Communities' residential platform.

Prim Realty has already hired its first sales agent and Director of Sales, Kristine Forbes. The brokerage is now preparing for the debut of four new for-sale communities expected to open this year, including Stonehaven Park, Brookwood Green, Parkside at Grove Landing and Alder Creek.

"Earning my broker's license allows us to take the next step in serving both Parkland Communities and future homeowners," said Brett Forney, managing broker of Prim Realty. "We've built a strong foundation through Prim Properties, and we're excited to bring that same level of service, expertise and attention to detail to the for-sale side of the business."

The brokerage will exclusively support Parkland Communities' growing portfolio of for-sale homes, creating a seamless connection between development, marketing, sales and customer experience.

"Prim Properties has consistently demonstrated the value of a specialized, hands-on approach to residential real estate," said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities. "Launching Prim Realty allows us to extend that success into our for-sale communities and provide homebuyers with the same level of professionalism and service that has driven the success of our build-to-rent portfolio."

"The decision to expand into the for-sale market comes down to affordability," said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Communities. "We've seen firsthand through our rental communities that many residents want to own a home but struggle to find options within their budget. Our new for-sale communities are designed to provide high-quality homes at price points that make homeownership achievable."

In addition to expanding its sales operations, Prim Realty plans to continue growing its team and is actively seeking experienced real estate professionals to join a rapidly expanding organization.

Founded to support Parkland Communities' residential developments, Prim Realty complements the company's integrated approach to development, construction, property management and home sales. The launch positions Parkland Communities for continued growth as it expands both its build-to-rent and for-sale footprint throughout metro Atlanta.
