Peachtree Street Closed Due To Police Activity In Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA — Peachtree Street is closed late Thursday afternoon, between Porter Place and Ralph McGill Boulevard, after a person threatened to harm themselves in the 300 block of Peachtree, Atlanta Police told Patch.

SWAT and negotiators are at the scene, police said.

Little information is known, including how the long the roadway will be closed.
