Pedestrian Struck, Killed in Downtown Atlanta
The accident happened around 5 am Monday morning.
ATLANTA, GA -- A pedestrian was struck and killed in downtown Atlanta early Monday morning.
Police say the pedestrian, whose name has not been released, was struck by a vehicle at Windsor and Castleberry Street, north of I-20.
Police had shut down the area for a short time, but have since reopened it, reports Channel 2 Action News.
