Puddles To Headline Holiday Jubilee At The Fox

ATLANTA, GA — The "sad clown with the golden voice" is coming home to Atlanta for the holidays. Puddles Pity Party, the Atlanta-based clown crooner who has wowed tens of millions of fans online and more on "America's Got Talent," is hosting a holiday show at the Fox Theatre.

The Puddles Pity Party & Friends Holiday Jubilee is set for Dec. 18 at 7:30 p.m. at the Fox. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, Sept. 7, at 10 a.m. It will mark Puddles' first official holiday show (though, we'll note, some other guy named Big Mike Geier made his Kingsized holiday show something of an Atlanta institution).

It also will be Puddles' first headlining performance at the historic Fox Theatre.

According to the Fox, the show will include music on the theater's famous M.P. Moller pipe organ, "Mighty Mo," the second-largest theater organ in the world. Several special guests are expected to be announced between now and showtime.

Puddles is perhaps best know for his operatic YouTube covers which have collectively amassed over 120 million views. While he's recorded tunes from the likes of David Bowie to Nick Cave to the Pixies, Puddles' breakthrough online hit was a jaw-dropping take on Lorde's "Royals," performed with Postmodern Jukebox.

He also made it to the quarter-finals on America's Got Talent, with performances that even bowled over the typically dour Simon Cowell.

Tickets for the show will range from $20-75, plus fees. A limited number of VIP packages also will be available. Those packages will include premium tickets, a meet-and-greet photo opportunity with Puddles, an acoustic performance of two songs by Puddles, an exclusive souvenir and the Fox's Marquee Club experience.
