Rapper Lil Marlo Killed In Atlanta Shooting: Report
The victim in a shooting on an Atlanta interstate was reportedly rapper Lil Marlo.

ATLANTA, GA — An Atlanta rapper was reportedly shot and killed Saturday night on Interstate 285. While he was believed to have been targeted, neither motive nor suspect has been identified.
Lil Marlo, whose real name was Rudolph Johnson, was found in a vehicle on the I-285 overpass near Benjamin E. Mays Drive, according to NBC News.
Police were called to the area before 11:30 p.m. Saturday for a single-car accident and found Johnson dead inside the car, WAGA reported.

Police told the TV station the victim had been shot, and it appeared he was targeted.
Lil Marlo was signed by the record label Quality Control. He was known for singles like "1st N 3rd."

He is survived by two children, a little boy and a little girl, according to TMZ, which reports the up-and-coming rapper was 30 years old.
Lil Marlo is the latest member of the rap industry to be killed in Atlanta by gunfire.

Following news of Lil Marlo's death, fellow rapper Lil Yachty posted on Instagram that the two had just worked together on a song that morning.
