ATLANTA, GA — Four people, including a star witness and former co-defendant in Georgia's infamous YSL gang case, are being accused of street racing in Atlanta.

Atlanta Police on Saturday responded to Memorial Drive Southeast near Candler Road Southeast on a street racer call. When they arrived, police said they found multiple vehicles and pedestrians blocking the roadway, and several vehicles were laying drag.

More than 100 vehicles were at the scene, and participants were accused of being armed, police said. Additionally, fireworks were ignited.

Garcia-Relasco was charged with reckless driving, fleeing and eluding and participation in street racing, police said.

Gamboa-Carrillo was charged with participating in street racing, police said.

Atlanta Police released dash camera video in connection with the trio's arrests on Friday via Facebook.

Kenneth "Lil' Woody" Copeland was also identified as a suspect accused in the street racing ring, WSB-TV reported, but the news outlet reported his case was separate from the others.

Fulton County Jail records on Friday showed Copeland was arrested on June 22 and charged with reckless stunt driving, driving in circular or zig-zag course "laying drags," driving on wrong side of the road, failure to obey signs or control devices, failure to use turn signal, driving while license suspended or revoked, driving-expired or no license plate or decal and driving-improper/erratic lane change.

He received a $20,600 surety bond in Fulton; however, the jail records showed he was transferred on July 3 to Gwinnett County. Potential charges in Gwinnett were not immediately known.

After receiving immunity, Copeland testified in the gang and racketeering case against rapper Jeffery "Young Thug" Williams in 2024. His constant phrase to the prosecutors, "I don't recall," sent social media into a frenzy.

Copeland was one of 28 people to be arrested as prosecutors alleged Williams' YSL rap label was a gang called "Young Slime Life." Williams' defense attorneys said YSL stands for "Young Stoner Life" and is indeed a rap label.

While some of the defendants in the massive case took pleas and were sentenced to prison, Williams pleaded guilty to some charges against him and ultimately received probation with several special conditions.
