ATLANTA – Property owners at Sanctuaire Farms, the new visionary farmstead community in Ball Ground, Ga., will have a unique opportunity to see how they can immerse themselves in their custom home designs at a special event Jan. 10, 2026 at Walk Your Plans Atlanta. The facility invites homeowners to experience their custom home plans in a true-to-scale, walk-through format, and will showcase “The Solace” plan created by Sanctuaire Farms Project Architect J. Steven Kemp. Homeowners will have the opportunity to stroll through a life-sized projection of “The Solace” floor plan to experience the size, flow and special features of each room while still in conceptual form. www.sanctuairefarms.com, www.walkyourplansatlanta.com

“The Walk Your Plans experience is so valuable to homeowners,” said Mary Atchley, owner of Walk your Plans Atlanta. “Unless you’re a trained architect, it can be difficult to translate what you see on paper to a real-life vision of your home. We project the architectural plans on the floor of our building at the actual finished home size. This gives the homeowners the unique opportunity to actually walk through their future front door, down the halls, and into and out of the rooms and see how all of the spaces interact with each other. It’s invaluable, since modifications can easily be made now, versus expensive change orders once the structures are under construction.”

“Property owners at Sanctuaire Farms are working with our project architect, J. Steven Kemp, and others to create the homes of their dreams. For some, this is their first experience at building a custom home,” said Realtor® Chad Davis of Shirley Gary Group/Ansley Real Estate. “Our event allows them to see their how their dreams can come to life in a way that they can physically experience, and at a stage where any desired changes can be made before the actual building process begins. The homeowners then have the opportunity to work with Walk Your Plans, if they desire, to review their own individual home designs prior to breaking ground.”
