Here are the top three stories today in Atlanta:

1. A new report issued by the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that Atlanta is facing the second-worst inflation rate in the country. Phoenix, Arizona secured the top spot on the list with Atlanta coming in right behind it. The inflation rate nationally is 8.3 percent but Atlanta is experiencing a 10.8 percent inflation rate. 2. Atlanta mothers are facing a serious baby formula shortage but the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is working to address it. The shortage is due to global supply chain issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The administration is working with manufacturers to increase production, optimize supply chains, and increase product sizes. (Atlanta Patch)
3. Two Atlanta rappers faced a Fulton County judge on Wednesday for allegations of gang activity with the YSL gang. Deamonte Kendrick, also known as Rapper Yak Gotti, and Sergio Kitchens, also known as Rapper Gunna, have been charged with participating in a known criminal street gang. The indictments are part of a RICO allegation meant to tackle Atlanta's rising crime issue. (CBS 46 News)
