Taylor Swift Tour Ticket Sales Canceled Friday

ATLANTA, GA — If Swifties have not already gotten their Taylor Swift concert tickets, it may be too late.

Ticketmaster announced Thursday its plans to cancel Friday the public sale of tickets to Swift's The Eras Tour due to high demand and insufficient remaining ticket inventory.

The ticketing company did not say if the public sale will return after Friday.

The announcement comes after Ticketmaster's site almost crashed Tuesday during the tour's presale.

According to CNN, more than 2 million The Eras Tour tickets were sold Tuesday, the most ever sold for an artist in a single day.

Swift is scheduled to bring The Eras Tour to Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium on April 28-29, 2023. She will be joined by beabadoobee and Gracie Adams.
