15-Year-Old Killed, Man Injured In SW Atlanta Home Shooting

ATLANTA, GA — A 15-year-old girl is dead and a man is in critical condition after a shooting incident that took place early Monday morning, according to WSB-TV. The shooting happened inside a home in southwest Atlanta on Washington Street, where police have blocked off the road.

The man, who has been described as in his mid-20’s, was shot four times and transported to Grady Memorial Hospital. Police are still investigating, but told the news outlet that the victims and the suspect knew each other. Several people have been detained, including the suspected shooter.
