Teen Killed In Accidental Shooting: Police
His friend has been charged in the Tuesday night incident, say Atlanta police.

ATLANTA, GA — The Atlanta police are investigating an accidental shooting Tuesday night that led to the death of an 18-year-old. His friend, a 16-year-old juvenile, has been charged with the shooting, according to a media report.
The victim, Marshall Waller, was shot in the stomach at an apartment in the 300 block of Fairburn Road SW, according to a police report.
He died while on the way to Grady Memorial Hospital, the police said.

The 16-year-old was charged with involuntary manslaughter, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The police did not identify the juvenile or say what kind of firearm was involved.
