Trump, who is on a campaign run, was reportedly in Atlanta for a fundraiser.
After landing Wednesday morning at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Trump snatched the chance to speak on Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' latest move to have his appeal of her disqualification ruling dismissed, Fox 5 Atlanta reported.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee allowed Trump and others to appeal his ruling that permitted Willis to stay on the election subversion case.
Trump, a Republican, has been accused of trying to interfere with the 2020 presidential election, during which he lost the race to current Democratic President Joe Biden. Trump and 18 others were indicted on several charges in August 2023 after being accused of trying to overturn the election results in Georgia.
McAfee in a March ruling said top prosecutor Nathan Wade or Willis and her office should leave the case due to the appearance of impropriety relating to the pair's romantic relationship.
The judge said there was no "actual conflict" due to their relationship, which would have disqualified Willis. Wade ultimately resigned from the case.
"I think that case has been totally discredited," Trump told media Wednesday. "It's on behalf of her and her lover, Wade. Mr. and Mrs. Wade. And I think the case has been totally discredited. I would hope, it seems to be. And we'll see how that ends. The one in New York is totally discredited. Every legal scholar said they have no case. It's a horrible thing, but it's election interference."
