Two Guilty In Execution-Style Murder Of Pregnant Woman, Fiance
Jeonta Brown and Briana Brooks were shot in the back of their heads in August 2014 in an execution-like murder.

ATLANTA, GA -- Two men will receive four consecutive life sentences without parole in the Aug. 30, 2014, executive-style murder of a pregnant woman and her fiance. Andre Gay, 44, and Richard Wilson, 46, will plead guilty Monday morning in Fulton County Superior Court to the murders of Jeonta Brown and Briana
Brooks. Gay and Wilson kidnapped Brooks and Brown believing one of their relatives recently received a significant amount of money from an insurance settlement.
Hours into the kidnapping the defendants called the victim’s family members asking for ransom. Eventually, the defendants drove the victims to a location in northwest Atlanta. Gay and Wilson shot Brown and Brooks in the back of the head and left them to die on the side of the road.
When police arrived they found the couple handcuffed together with their hands behind their backs. Brown
was already dead while Brooks was unconscious but still gasping for air. She was taken to Grady Hospital where her unborn baby was delivered two months early. Brooks died days later.
