Filmmaker Tyler Perry says he's working on a plan to safely reopen his Atlanta studio during the coronavirus pandemic.
ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta media mogul Tyler Perry says he’s considering reopening his studio. According to TMZ, the filmmaker says he will open the facility if he can implement coronavirus testing for all cast and crew members.
They will have to live on-site during the shooting, the outlet reports. Perry will begin with the reopening of six shows he’s working on.
To ensure safety of everyone involved, Perry says he plans to have both a doctor and nurse for a hospital building that’s on site. It has the ability to be turned into a functional clinic.
