A woman has been arrested and charged in connection with using dating apps to arrange robberies, says The Clayton County Sheriff's Office.

ATLANTA, GA — The woman who police were seeking in connection with setting up armed robberies in Riverdale through dating apps has been taken into custody and identified as Tatyana Pumae Green.

Riverdale detectives identified the accused robber from a Nixle tip, according to The Clayton County Sheriff's Office, who posted her photos online. A fugitive squad was sent to locate Green, who was taken into custody around 2 a.m. Friday. She’s believed to be connected to two recent armed robberies, authorities said.

According to Sheriff Victor Hill, Green is accused of using two dating profile apps to lure men into her home as part of a robbery set up. The Sheriff's Office released a photo of her Thursday seeking her identity.

She’s registered under "Plenty of Fish" and "Tagged,” the sheriff’s office said in a news release. The woman had set up two separate dates on Jan. 25 and Wednesday.

Green used "Plenty of Fish" to schedule one date Jan. 25. She brought the man to her Harmony Pines Apartment in Riverdale afterwards, said Hill. Two African American men approached his vehicle with hand guns around 5:30 p.m. They entered it, ordering him to drive while being held at gun point. They then assaulted and robbed him of his belongings and vehicle at a location outside of the city limits.

The woman arranged a second date on Wednesday with a man she met on “Tagged.” The man was also approached by two men with guns. Hill said he was able to fight them off and escape unharmed.

In both instances, the men returned to the apartments.

Green is considered a person of interest in the cases.
