Woman's Body Found in Northwest Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA — A woman's decomposed body was found on the side of a northwest Atlanta intersection on Wednesday.

A person found the body near the wooded intersection of Chappell and Conway roads, reports Fox 5, and called police.

Police said the body was wrapped in some sort of bedding, and had been there several days.

A large bag of evidence was also removed from the scene. The Fulton County Medical Examiners' office has taken over the case.
