Barrow County-based Car Club is About More than Classic Automobiles
The Dixie Cruisers Car Club is not only interested in classic automobiles — the nonprofit organization gives back to the community.
A video posted recently on YouTube shows what members of the Dixie Cruisers are about — classic cars.
But that's not the only interest the Barrow County-based group has. At the end of each year, the club donates all its proceeds to charities, with a particular focus on those helping children.
The car club, which hosts monthly cruise-ins and an annual car show, has supported , and the , among other charities, donating almost $23,000 over the past couple years.
