• Violation of: 6-1A. Proper cold holding temperatures — Multiple bottles of milk and yogurt at 47 degrees in reach-in. Corrected on site by discarding all product and instructing the person in charge not to store PHF in reach-in until repaired. 

Non-critical violations: 

• Violation of: 12A. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display — A pan of washed tomatoes was sitting on hand sink. Corrected on site by instructing employee to rewash tomatoes and store on clean prep table.  
• Violation of: 15A. Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Reach-in cooler operating at 47 degrees. Instructed person in charge to contact for service and not store PHF until repaired.
