Emanuel Guiellermo Atehortua, 506 Pin Oak Drive, Bethlehem, was booked into the jail on June 22. The listed charges are failure to obey signs or control devices, expired or no driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Nicholas Alexander Atkinson, 237 West Oak Street, Apt. A, Winder, was booked into the jail on June 21. The listed charge is probation violation.

Margarita Campos, 216 Scott Circle, Winder, was booked into the jail on June 22. The listed charges are false report of a crime, theft by taking, obstruction and false statements or writings.

Clayton Marshall Cornell, 454 Covenant Street, Bethlehem, was booked into the jail on June 21. The listed charge is contempt of Superior Court.

Timothy Day, 419 J.B. Owens, Bethlehem, was booked into the jail on June 22. The listed charges are speeding and driving while license withdrawn.

Devontae Terez Durden, 226 Midland Lane, Monroe, was booked into the jail on June 21. The listed charges are two counts of first-degree burglary and failure to appear.
