Board of Education Sets Millage Rate
The Barrow Journal reports two board members support a future increase in the millage rate.
Members of the Barrow County Board of Education officially set the millage rate during Tuesday night's meeting, the Barrow Journal reports.
While Barrow residents won't see an increase — the board set the rate at 18.5 mills, a rate that has remained the same for the past six years — two board members favor looking at an increase in the future.
