These are just a few of the wonderful animals currently available for adoption at the Barrow County Animal Control Shelter.
If you do not see your new best friend here please like us on Facebook and see all the amazing animals currently looking for a new home. I am in no way affiliated with the shelter or the county. I am one member of a group of volunteers who drop by the shelter to take pictures of the animals currently available in order to get them some exposure on Facebook and Patch.

THE SHELTER NOW HAS SATURDAY HOURS 9 a.m. to noon
Shelter Hours: The shelter is open to the public from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The shelter is open to the public Wednesdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. They are closed to the public on: Sunday, and Holidays.
