Who do you think you are?

...identify who your target customer is and how to engage with them.

Who do you think you are as a company? Who is your Brand really? Is who you think you are and what the public perceives your company to be, the same thing? Who do you think your targeted customer is; who are they, really?  How do you think you need to reach them? How do THEY want to be reached? Marketing without knowing the answers to these questions, can be a waste of your time and money.  If you are creating marketing materials or advertisements without first identifying who you are as a brand and who your target customer is, you may be creating ineffective marketing materials.  Your brand must cultivate a distinctive personality and talk straight to your targeted consumer; engaging them on their terms. The more people who can relate to your brand as a distinctive, trust-worthy personality; a deeper customer relationship will develop. Through in-depth consultation and analysis, your company will be able to define your unique Brand image and identify who your target customer is and how to engage with them.

At Reformation Productions we lead companies through a proven four step marketing process we call Straight Line Marketing

  • Identify
  • Listen
  • Think
  • Speak

It's a process of lining up your marketing efforts with your consumers' specific, targeted profile.  This profile will lead the way to messaging that communicates what they need to know when making a purchasing decision, addresses who they are, and speaks to them in their preferred manner.
