Bramlett Associates to Design Winder Operations Building

Last month, Barrow Patch reported a request for proposals was issued bycity of Winder as the municipality sought qualified architects and engineers for the renovation design of an existing 23,500-square-foot building in the downtown area. Located at 25 E. Midland Ave., the building once served as a People’s Bank Operations Center.

Following the end of the RFP submission period June 15, the city recently announced that the contract has been awarded to Winder-based Bramlett Associates Architecture. With their base-of-operations situated at 122 N. Broad St. — right around the corner from the building at the heart of the project, the city of Winder didn’t have to look far to find the ideal candidate. In a website post on July 18, the city thanks all of the companies who bid on the project.

With 25 years and the orchestration of half a billion dollars worth of design and construction projects to their credit, Bramlett Associates Architecture is well-suited for the renovation design of the property at 25 E.
