Christmas Show at the Winder Cultural Arts Center

"The Nutcracker", a Christmas play will be presented the first weekend of December.

Winder-Barrow Community Theatre will kick off your Christmas holiday season with the perfect show for the entire family. “The Nutcracker”, a play by June Walker Rogers, will be presented at the Winder Cultural Arts Center the first weekend of December. The Friday and Saturday shows (Dec. 4th & 5th) will begin at 7:30 pm. The Sunday matinee (Dec. 6th) will start at 3:00 pm. Tickets are now on sale at the Winder Customer Care Center (770-867-3106 – Prompt one for Event Ticket Sales) and at Pam Veader’s State Farm Insurance Office at 41 S. Center Street in Winder (770-867-1679). Tickets are only $5.00 for children up to age 12 and $10 for ages 13 and older. You can purchase tickets in advance to guarantee a seat or purchase them at the theater on the day of the show.

Each show will end with a reception where you will be invited to meet the cast and have some refreshments. Santa Claus will also be there and will be available for photos after the show. Be sure to bring your camera or phone to get your Christmas Santa photos taken.

Part of the proceeds from this show will be donated to the Barrow County Family Connection to provide Christmas gifts for needy children. Season Tickets for 2016 are now on sale at both ticket locations. Seniors (ages 55 and older), students and teachers are only $35 for the Season. Adults are $45.
