Dog House need for small dog

I'm looking for a dog house for a 20 lb. dog.  It is not mine, I have my dogs inside, this is someone that we have been helping out in the Barrow County area.  I can come get it if needed.  Please let me know, this little dog is out in the cold and rain, or maybe even better you would like to adopt it.  Please ask your friends and neighbors also.  Would like it free, but willing to pay a reduced price.
