The annual Community Christmas Dinner for residents in need is scheduled of Friday, Dec. 23 at the Jackson County Comprehensive High School.
This event serves needy families in a restaurant type setting with holiday music. Food boxes are also provided for families.
The plans are that the event will feed approximately 500 needy families.
