
The Lose Yourself in Total Wellness Challenge is a 90-day wellness challenge that will focus on the importance of nutrition, fitness, and an overall healthy lifestyle. The challenge will begin on June 1st.
We will offer nutrition and fitness tips, recipes, encouragement, and accountability with love as we cheer each other on. There will be a weekly weigh-in, Fridays between 9am and 4pm or Saturdays between 8am and 12pm, that you can do individually with an instructor or member of the Wellness Center Staff. We will also have a "taste and try" luncheon once a month over the next few months in order to introduce some healthy options.

At the end of 90 days, there will be awards given to the man and woman who (1) lose the greatest number of pounds and (2) lose the greatest percentage of weight.

There is a $20 registration fee for this event.
